  • WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

We deliver within 20 days as all orders are customize according to required size and Color. For quick delivery whats'app or call at +92 319 1061213.

  • WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE?
  1. For exchange you can contact our customer services by email us at ayeshahamzaboutique@gmail.com or can call us at +92 319 1061213 along with your order number.
  2. Customers will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team.
  3. In case of a faulty/incorrect item delivered to you, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed as an online credit voucher.
  4. For exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges guided by the team accordingly.
  5. Credit voucher or your desired exchange item will only be provided once the team has received your returned items.
  • HOW TO DO ORDER CANCELLATION?
  1. You may cancel your order by email us at  ayeshahamzaboutique@gmail.com before the order has been processed.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  3. Custom orders can only be cancelled within 3 days of order placement.
  4. FAIRY QUEEN has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

  • HOW CAN WE TRACK ORDER?

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

  •   Do you make theme based outfits?
Yes, we do make theme-based outfits such as Elsa, Jungle, Coco Melon, Disney, etc but we don't replicate the exact look.
Do you make duo outfits?
Yes, we can make similar outfits for;
-mother/daughter
-father/son
-twin siblings
  •  Do you offer customization?
We offer three types of customization;
-Color of the outfit
-Old/New outfit design changes
-Embellishments on the existing/new outfit
  •  IS THERE A GUARANTEED DATE WHICH I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER ON TIME?

Currently, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date. The delivery period is subjected to payment authorization, fraud screening and availability of stocks. On some occasions, we may request for some forms of payment verification or source for the best available piece within our storage locations in order to fulfill your shipment. If you need to receive the items urgently, we suggest you to contact +92 319 1061213. We will try our utmost to place your order on priority.

  •  If I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Incorrect items can only be returned to Fairy queen's Head Office, subject to item being returned must be in its original condition with the original tags and tickets.
